G2 Commercial has been involved in the sale of over 35 multifamily properties totaling more than $250 million dollars and has obtained construction financing for over 10,000 apartment units totaling over $750 million and secured permanent financing totaling more than $500 million and raised over $300 million dollars of investor equity financing for multifamily projects.  As well as, negotiating a $200 million dollar equity commitment from a large pension fund and raised over $40 million dollars in a series of private equity funds for high net worth individuals with over 125 investors.
