
Jack Hayes has been involved in the multi-family and real estate industry for over a decade and provides invaluable experience related to numerous property management operations. Jack is the Director of Operations for G2 Commecial Property Management and is responsible for managing and supporting critical property management related applications and projects which includes evaluating, improving, and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
Additionally, Jack identifies, evaluates, and implements new business processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Jack actively seeks ways to find creative solutions and improvements to G2 Commercial Property Management’s products, services, and business processes, researching and providing information on technical trends and competitors’ practices. As Operations Director, Jack provides support for the strategic direction of G2 Commercial Property Management’s business solutions.
As Operations Director, Jack partners with functional groups (Property Management, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.) to develop strategic solutions and ensure G2 Commercial Property Managements products and services and other business needs are aligned. Jack has interaction with a wide spectrum of G2 Commercial Property Management personnel ranging from the Director of Finance to onsite property managers.
Jack is a Director and Member of KW Commercial. In 2010 Jack earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation within 8-months and a portfolio value in excess of $40,000,000. Jack is product expert when it come to industrial, office and land. Together with partner David Johnson, Jack has sold/lease over 1.6 million square feet of space since June-July 2010 and are recognized as the regions foremost authority when it comes to commercial real estate.
Jack serves on the Columbus Board of Realtors Board of Directors as the Commercial Committee Chair and has held this position since 2010. Jack also serves on the Professional Development Committee at the Georgia Association of REALTORS (GAR), where he helps select continuing education curriculum options for members at the GAR conventions.
In October of 2011 Jack was named to Columbus and the Valley Magazines Top 5 Under 40 – Rising Stars and most recently, was appointed by Councilman Glen Davis and sworn in by Mayor Teresa Tomlinson to serve on the Columbus Georgia Community Development Advisory Board beginning in 2012.
Jack has been working in real estate development since 1999. Jack is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and is recognized as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
Jack received his bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, with a focus on land planning from the University of Georgia. After graduation, Jack worked for Land Design South, Inc. in West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie, Florida as a land planning consultant for developers and land owners where he was responsible for obtaining permit, site plan, land use and zoning approvals as well as due diligence related to site evaluation. Projects he worked on included Planned Unit, Mixed Use, Traditional Neighborhood, Commercial, Retail, Office, Industrial, Single-family, Townhome and Multifamily developments.
In 2005, Jack joined Flournoy Development Company for one of the nation’s largest private developers of luxury apartments as a project manager/land acquisition specialist. His duties included site selection and acquisition in Georgia, Florida and Colorado as well as performing market research, pre-development due diligence, obtaining land entitlements, permitting, negotiation of utility and infrastructure reimbursements, and coordination of engineers and architects for new apartment developments.
In 2009, Jack joined Jordan Hart Commercial Services as a commercial broker and independent contractor. His services include wide range of Commercial Services including Buyer/Seller Representation, Landlord/Tenant Representation and third party development / construction project management.

David Johnson serves as the Qualifying Broker and Director of Compliance for G2 Commercial Property Management. David has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1996 and is a registered architect in the State of Georgia.
As the Qualifying Broker and Director of Compliance, David is responsible for compliance with all applicable state laws related to brokerage, property management, and escrow / trust accounts. David is also is responsible for instructing property management and administrative staff on administrative and compliance procedures as well as internal policies related to G2 Commercial Property Management rules and regulations.
Additionally, David partners with functional groups (Property Management, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.) to improve property operations, increasing cash flow and adding value for G2 Commercial Property Managements clients. David’s vast experience make him an invaluable partner for any property owner whether the asset class be multifamily or commercial.
Since 1982, David has acquired broad experience in project planning and management, development, marketing, and commercial real estate leasing and sales. He joined KW Commercial Services as a Managing Director & Member in 2011 and is one of its most experienced agents, consistently leading his peers in brokerage activity.
Among other duties, David has served as Chairman of the Columbus Board of Realtors Commercial Committee, Chairman of the Columbus Board of Historic and Architectural Review, Chairman of the Stewart Community Home, Chairman of The Carpenters Way Ranch Board of Directors, the Board of Trustees of The Methodist Home for Children and Youth, and as Chairman of The River Club Executive Committee. He currently serves on the City of Columbus’ Planning Advisory Commission and the Our House Advisory Board. David is a member of the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Education and Workforce Development Committee, and is an active Leadership Columbus alumni. He is licensed as an Associate Broker in Georgia and Alabama, and also as a Registered Architect in Georgia.
David earned a Bachelor of Architecture with a Management Minor from Auburn University in 1984. He received his real estate license in 1996 and Associate Brokers license in 1999. His background gives him a unique and value-added perspective in evaluating and successfully marketing property for his clients. David’s primary focus and expertise is industrial and office property, and land sales.

Craig Grantham serves as the Director of Capital Markets for G2 Commercial Property Management and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and multifamily industry. Craig is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and provides invaluable experience related to numerous accounting and property man-agement operations.
Prior to joining G2 Commercial Property Management, Craig worked as the CFO of one of the nation’s largest private developers of luxury apartments where he was responsible for financial analysis and approval of multifamily development projects, construction and permanent financing, insurance and risk management, accounting and financial reporting, property dispositions, and human resources.
Craig has been involved in overseeing the accounting and financial reporting of over 26,000 multifamily units and office properties throughout the southeast. Craig has obtained construction financing for over 10,000 apartment units totaling over $750 million, secured permanent financing totaling more than $500 million, and raised over $250 million dollars of investor equity financing for multifamily projects.

Craig specialized in audit and tax services for over 6 years for corporate clients in the real estate, construction, banking, and convenience store industries.
Craig served as the CFO for Flournoy Development Company, one of the nation’s largest private developers of luxury apartments. For nearly 12 years, his responsibilities included preparation of proforma financial analysis and approval for development projects, construction and permanent financing, insurance and risk management, accounting and financial reporting, and property dispositions. Craig has sold over 35 multifamily properties totaling more than $250 million dollars. Craig obtained construction financing for over 10,000 apartment units totaling over $750 million, secured permanent financing totaling more than $500 million and raised over $250 million dollars of investor equity financing for multifamily projects.
