The transaction included over 186,000 SF of buildings on a 9.5 acre site that covers over 2 square blocks. Several of these buildings date back to the 1930s and were the original location of Tom’s Peanuts, a Columbus-based company nationally known for its snack foods. The property was purchased by a local investor who has long-term plans to renovate and repurpose the historic buildings.
